After going to America on holiday.
Hi, my first time going to America to visit my brother and his lovely wife, firstly check how hot it’s going to be, my walking is terrible as I also suffer from a condition called flat back the pain can be bad, as for my copd I found the heat did help, I took my medication with me. I would say wear a hat for the heat it definitely helped me, I would say to take your time, we go on holiday thinking we will be ok, the heat affects copd just like the cold we get in the uk we’ve already had snow.
